Scott Page, COO and lead investigator, has accumulated a vast array of theoretical knowledge and practical expertise through his unique combination of military service, private security, and as a public law enforcement officer. Mr. Page is an ESI graduate and with almost 20 years as a forward observer in the US Army, he has not only become an expert in reconnaissance and surveillance, but his passion and dedication have allowed him to develop elite skills in land navigation, threat analysis, and security protocols. He is proficient with both offensive and defensive tactical operations and adept at their real-world use. In his capacity as private security, Mr. Page regularly served as personal protection to celebrities and other public figures visiting and living in Southern California. He has worked with several top private security firms, both domestically and internationally. Most recently, Mr. Page has been working as a police officer in West Virginia, which has given him the opportunity to combine his personal and professional life in a unique way. He has always felt strongly that, if you see a problem, it’s your responsibility to do everything you can to fix it. Through his many years as a Community Liaison, he worked to develop rapport, specifically with the youth, in order to directly address any misconceptions they might have about the reality of being a black police officer in America. He is also a founding member of the Wheeling Unmanned Aerial Response Team (UART), an exclusively drone-based unit, the next generation of surveillance technology.
